2026 Practices
Practices will be at Excelsior Springs Community Center outdoor pool. Practices begin Tuesday, May 26th and are held Monday through Thursday each week.
Session 1, 9:00-10:00 All swimmers 13 & over and 11-12 Boys
Session 2, 10:00-11:00 11-12 year old Girls & 9-10 year olds
Session 3, 11:00 - 11:45 8 & under
Any session or lane changes will be made by Coaches. They will base decisions on the safety of all swimmers and not the schedules of siblings. Thanks for your help in making this the best situation for all involved.
