Meet entry instructions
1. Make sure you have activated your account ( kst.swimtopia.com ) by logging in with your email address and setting up a password.
2. Once logged in, click on the schedule tab.
3. From there click on swim meets.
4. Select swim sign-up for the current meet, and click on edit.
5. In the pull down menu, next to each swimmers name, select one of the 2 options:
- Attending
- Not Attending
It is very important that you select one of the above options so Coach Long can get all entries done. Swimmers are not required to swim at the meets, but please select the second option if your swimmer will not attend.
6. Next, you can select up to 3 individual events for your swimmer.
- If you are not sure about individual events, stop after step 5, and Coach Long will help with that decision.
- Once you select your individual events, please declare your relay status. There is a pull down menu under individual events with the following options: Available for all relays, Arriving late-not available for early relays, Leaving early-not available for late relays, Not available for any relays.
- All relays are selected by the coaches.
7. The deadline for signing up for events online is generally 2-3 days prior to meet.
